Huayou Cobalt is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the research, development and manufacturing of new energy lithium battery materials and cobalt new materials. In October 2023, Huayou Cobalt reached cooperation with Shuanglong Group on its 1000t/d lime rotary kiln project invested in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
This project is located in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and is a supporting production line for Huayou Cobalt’s local lithium battery projects. The project contract includes the design of the entire EPC project, equipment manufacturing, shipping, and project site installation and commissioning. After completion, the production capacity of the entire lime kiln project will reach 1,000t/d. The project has started to be shipped as planned, and we look forward to another Chinese-made engineering project landing in the Democratic Republic of the Congo soon!
