Product Introduction
It is an ideal equipment for large-angle conveying and vertical lifting. The conveyor belt of the high-angle belt conveyor plays the role of traction and load-bearing. The corrugated ribs, diaphragms and base belt of the conveyor belt form a “gate”-shaped container for conveying materials.
Driven by the motor, the conveyor belt drives the material upward, thereby realizing large-angle transportation. Belt conveyor equipment is mainly composed of a head transmission device, a tail tensioning device and a conveyor belt. Its traction component and load-bearing component are an endless tape. The tape is wound around the transmission rollers and redirecting rollers at both ends of the frame. There is a tensioning device at the rear to tighten it. It is supported by rollers along the length of the tape to form a closed circulation loop. When the driving device drives the transmission roller to rotate, the friction between the transmission roller and the belt drives the belt to run. The materials to be conveyed are generally added to the belt through the guide chute, and the materials are transported to the unloading device at the head for unloading as the belt moves.
