When working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. When the material enters the action area of the plate hammer, it is crushed by the high-speed impact of the plate hammer. The broken material is thrown along the tangential direction to the impact plate installed above the rotor for crushing again, and then from the impact plate. The impact plate bounces back to the plate hammer action area and is broken again. This process is repeated until the material is broken to the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port. By adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor, the particle size and shape of the material can be changed.
