Product Introduction
The motor drives the main shaft of the bearing cylinder transmission part to rotate at high speed, and the rotor rotates at high speed with the main shaft. The material entering the impeller is accelerated by the impeller and then ejected into the crushing chamber, where it collides and grinds with the lining material formed in the crushing chamber, converting the kinetic energy obtained after the acceleration of the material into the energy required for crushing or shaping the material. The material that circulates multiple times in the crushing chamber is crushed and shaped multiple times under the action of the surrounding gas vortex, thereby realizing continuous crushing and shaping of the material, and is discharged from the lower part of the machine body to form the required finished material.
This crushing method is “stone hitting stone”, which is mainly used for the shaping and crushing of stone. In addition, this equipment is also equipped with a “stone hitting iron” crushing method, which is different from stone hitting stone in that: after the material is ejected from the rotor, it collides with the impact block installed in the crushing chamber, converting the energy obtained by the acceleration of the material into the energy required for collision and crushing with the impact block. After the collision, the material is directly discharged from the lower part of the machine body, and multiple cycles of crushing in the crushing chamber cannot be achieved. This crushing method is mainly suitable for working occasions where crushing is the main focus (for the purpose of providing a large crushing ratio).
