High technology based, the cylinder can be self-insulating, the thermal efficiency can achieve 80% (the thermal efficiency of a single-cylinder dryer is only 35%), it saves 68% of coal than single-cylinder drying, and increases output by 100%.

The overall length is 60% shorter than that of a single-cylinder dryer, which is conducive to process layout. Reduce the building area of the factory and save about 40% of the investment. It covers an area of about 20m2.

It adopts heat-resistant and wear-resistant alloy steel plate, which is 4 times more wear-resistant than ordinary steel plate. Long service life and easy maintenance.

High thermal efficiency, the outer cylinder temperature is lower than 60℃ (the outer cylinder temperature of a single-cylinder dryer is as high as 150℃), the outlet temperature is low, and the discharge temperature is lower than 60℃.

The outlet temperature is low, which is beneficial to extending the use time of the dust removal equipment, and can be directly matched with the air box pulse bag dust collector.

The hot blast furnace can be equipped with boiling furnace, coal injection furnace and gas furnace.
