Product Introduction
In this process, the granulated material is placed in an inclined and rotating disk, and is subject to the combined action of gravity, centrifugal force and friction, causing the material to roll and rub. With the appropriate addition of moisture, the material gradually forms a cue ball.
The fine-grained material rolls on the surface of the wet cue ball, causing the cue ball to gradually increase in size and gain a certain strength. Pellets of different sizes will automatically run along different tracks in the disc, and finally the finished pellets that meet the requirements are discharged from the disc. This pelletizing process can transform originally scattered fine-grained materials into regular spherical particles to meet the requirements of subsequent production processes.
