Product Overview
Phosphate bonded high alumina refractory brick mainly use calcined bauxite as aggregate and fine powder, bonded by phosphate solution(potency 42.5~50%), formed by drying press, and sintering at medium temperature of 400~600℃.

Application
Phosphate bonded high alumina brick is main refractory material for cement industry, can be used in LTZ/UTZ, calcining zone, cooling zone of cement rotary kilns.
