Product Introduction:

The twin shaft lime kiln adopts the advanced lime calcination principle of parallel flow calcination and countercurrent heat storage. In the calcining chamber, combustion-supporting air, fuel, and materials all flow downward in the same direction from the upper part of the calcining zone, and the materials achieve gradient combustion, thereby avoiding overburning. In the regenerator chamber, the flue gas and materials flow in reverse directions, and the materials and high-temperature flue gas achieve full heat exchange, thereby reducing product energy consumption. At the same time, in the cooling zone, the material and the cooling air circulate in reverse direction to cool the material quickly, thereby increasing the activity of the lime.
